• What time is check-in/check-out?
       
    Check-in is from 4:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. at the Timeshare Office.  If you arrive later the Hotel front desk in the main lobby will check you in.  *Please notify the Timeshare Office in advance if you know you will be a late arrival.  Check-out is at 10 a.m..  Late check-outs will be charged $25 per hour.
  • How often do I get my linens and towels exchanged?
        Linens and towels are exchanged once during your stay.  Floors 2-8 are exchanged on Tuesday.  Floors 9-17 are exchanged on Wednesday.  Any extra towels or linen can be provided for a fee.  Guests are welcome to bring extra towels and linen for their use during their stay.

  • What items are supplied in my room?
       
    All timeshare rooms are supplied with:  kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, cutting board, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, vacuum, safe, hair dryer (most units), tissues, toilet paper, bar soap, and dishwasher detergent.

  • What items are not supplied in my room?
       
    The following items are not supplied to your room:  coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, liquid dish soap and beach towels.  A complimentary bag of supplies is given at check-in but additional supplies will need to be purchased.

  • Is there a limit to the number of vehicles I can park on-site?
        
    Each unit may have a maximum of 2 parking permits.  There is limited parking for oversized vehicles, and parking is first come first serve.

  • Are cribs or roll-away beds available?
         Cribs and roll-away beds are available for $5 per night.
