What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
at the Timeshare Office. If you arrive later the Hotel front desk in
the main lobby will
check you in. *Please notify the Timeshare Office in advance if you
know you will be a late arrival. Check-out is at 10 a.m.. Late
check-outs will be charged $25 per hour.

How often do I get my linens and towels exchanged?
Linens and towels are exchanged
once during your stay. Floors 2-8 are exchanged on Tuesday.
Floors 9-17 are exchanged on Wednesday. Any extra towels or linen can
be provided for a fee. Guests are welcome to bring extra towels and
linen for their use during their stay.

What items are supplied in my room?
All timeshare rooms are supplied
with: kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware,
cutting board, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, vacuum, safe, hair
dryer (most units), tissues, toilet
paper, bar soap, and dishwasher detergent.

What items are not supplied in my room?
The following items are not
supplied to your room: coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, liquid
dish soap and beach towels. A complimentary bag of supplies is given
at check-in but additional supplies will need to be purchased.

Is there a limit to the number of vehicles I can park
on-site?
Each unit may have a maximum
of 2 parking permits. There is limited parking for oversized
vehicles, and parking is first come first serve.

Are cribs or roll-away beds available?
Cribs and roll-away beds
are available for $5 per night.
